Justtheanswer has changed to Answerpoints

If you are an existing member of Justtheanswer, your Answerpoints account has automatically been set up, and you can easily transfer your Answerpoints to this new account.

What do I need to do?

You should have received an email from Answerpoints updating you on the changes that we have made and asking you to create a new password to access your new Answerpoints account.

Once you have created a new password, you will be able to login and access your brand new dashboard where you will see your transferred Answerpoints balance.

If you would like to see your points history, please contact us and we will send you a points statement.

PLEASE USE THE LINK YOU RECEIVED ON YOUR EMAIL FROM US IF YOU WISH TO TRANSFER YOUR ANSWERPOINTS BALANCE, RATHER THAN SETTING UP A NEW ACCOUNT, AS WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LINK YOUR TRANSFERRED BALANCE TO YOUR NEW ACCOUNT.
